Refund policy

Our promise. If a pack does not make the rules clearer for you, tell us within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full. Email hello@plainterms.co.uk with your order number; refunds go to the original payment method within five working days.

Statutory position. Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once delivery has begun. Our own promise above applies instead.
